Transportation Plan

There are three main locations for the Summit and since we are fortunate to be hosting the majority of the Summit at private homes we wanted to make transportation as easy as possible for guests:

Hahn Hall: The Music Academy

1070 Fairway Rd, Santa Barbara, CA 93108

Doing it Differently Dinners (curated, intimate dinners hosted at the homes of local philanthropists)

Assigned dinners and locations will be revealed at the Welcome Reception. Parking is NOT AVAILABLE at all sites and varies by each location.

Hill House (private residence)

Address will be provided via email/text.

We hope that our Executive Limo Sprinter Van service from / to our hotel hubs will serve as the primary mode of transportation and provide ease for guests. Self-parking is available at the Welcome Reception on Thursday and valet will be available all day Friday. In addition, for those traveling from out of town, navigating the local area and narrow roads might be tricky – even GPS maps can occasionally be inaccurate!

Thursday Opening Reception & Private Dinners

Make your way to the Music Academy for the Opening Reception, either via private car, Uber/Lyft/Taxi, or our Executive Limo Sprinter Van service from hotel hubs.
Utilize the shuttles provided from the Music Academy to your private dinner, even if you are local and know the area well. Not only will it ensure the evenings run a little smoother, but it will also be an opportunity to connect with other guests en route.
Hop back on the shuttle once dinner concludes: shuttle stops will include the Music Academy (for those who parked there) and the hotel hubs.

Friday at Hill House

We recommend you make your way to Hill House using our Executive Limo Sprinter Vans service from hotel hubs rather than drive or take Uber/Lyft/Taxi.
If you choose to drive or take Uber/Lyft/Taxi, an email will be sent closer to the Summit with the address. There is no self-park, but valet is provided. Local guests: feel free to use the shuttles from the hotel hubs.
The Executive Limo Sprinter Van service to/from hotel hubs will be available for the afternoon break, and for the evening return.
