DAY ONE: Thursday, April 25, 2024
The Music Academy’s Hahn Hall, Montecito

3:30pm: Registration & Welcome Reception
Please note the formal program will begin promptly at 4:45pm.

6:00pm Doing it Differently Private Dinner Series 
Assigned dinners and locations for each participant will be revealed at the Welcome Reception. Transportation will be provided to and from the Music Academy, as well as the Hotels serviced by our Executive Limo Sprinter Vans (see website for details of hotels serviced).

9:30pm Dinners Conclude
Guests will be transported back to the Music Academy, as well as the Hotels serviced by our Executive Limo Sprinter Vans.

DAY TWO: Friday, April 26, 2024
Private Residence: Hill House, Santa Barbara

7:30am Transportation to Hill House & Breakfast
Rolling shuttles will be available through our Executive Limo Sprinter Vans service from our Hotel Hubs Hotels (see website for details of hotels serviced). For planning purposes, please note travel time to the venue is approximately 15 minutes depending on your hotel location and traffic. 

7:45am Buffet Breakfast Commences
Enjoy morning mingling over breakfast before the program commences! There is no assigned seating for breakfast.

8:30am Breakfast Plenary
You may continue to enjoy breakfast and coffee during our morning program.

10:00am Morning Breakout Sessions
Your name badge will identify your assigned session. There are five (5) morning breakout sessions that have been populated based on registration feedback.

Your lunch selection will be provided. Seating will not be assigned. This is the time of the day we have set aside for relationship building and socialization. 

2:00pm Afternoon Breakout Sessions
Your name badge will identify your assigned session. There are five (5) afternoon breakout sessions that have been populated based on registration feedback.

3:15pm Break (off-property or on-property)
Shuttles will be available and rolling to take you back to your hotel if it is serviced by our Executive Limo Sprinter Vans Service.
For those choosing to remain on the property during the afternoon break, there will be two separate workshops being offered intended to help ground and inspire future action based on the Summit’s content. A write-up on these workshop opportunities will be included in the printed program.
